Loading Bay Area:

• There is a crane in the main hall that can used to transfer items from the loading bay / mezzanine area and onto the ground level area. This must be operated by a trained technician and is charged on a half day/full day basis
• Access to the loading bay area is between 8am - 6:30pm (weekdays) and 8am - 1pm (Saturdays) by prior arrangement. There is no access on Sundays

• Total power for Ambika P3 is 280 amps at 400 volts
• 32, 63 & 125 amp TPN&E socket outlets
• 21 x 13 amp switched plug sockets 
• 10 x high bay industrial lights and standard fluorescent lights
  
  

Public Access:

• 35 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5LS via the gate at the west corner of the building subject to special arrangement
• Ambika P3 is accessible by stairs and also a lift via the main entrance
• Dedicated toilet facilities
• Please note that there is no public car parking spaces available at Ambika P3. The roads around the building have meter parking as well as various disabled car parking bays
  
  

Transport:

• Ambika P3 is directly opposite Baker Street station, which is served by the Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Jubilee lines. 
• The following bus routes stop within walking distance of Ambika P3:  2, 13, 18, 27, 30, 74, 82, 113, 139, 189, 205, 274 and 453.
